Investor FAQ
What documents are available to qualified investors?
Upon accreditation verification, qualified investors receive: the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), subscription agreement, reserve documentation summary, and board profiles.
What is the minimum investment?
Minimum investment amounts are disclosed in the subscription agreement. Contact IR for current minimums by tranche.
When does the offering close?
The offering closes upon reaching the minimum close threshold. Funds held in escrow until minimum close. Investors receive refunds if minimum close is not reached.
Can non-U.S. investors participate?
Yes. Non-U.S. investors may participate under Regulation S (offshore exemption), subject to jurisdictional restrictions and documentation requirements.
How is the silver reserve documented?
DISi is pursuing a NI 43-101 geological reserve report with an independent Qualified Person. Reserve status is tracked on the Proof Center page.
Are DIGag tokens liquid?
DIGag tokens are restricted securities at issuance. A secondary market pathway is planned for Phase 2 (12–24 months post-close). No liquidity is guaranteed.
